We offer returns within 48 hours after the initial delivery of purchase, and refunds within 24 hours of delivery. You can return your product for a refund, minus shipping expenses if applicable, to the original payment method. Refunds will be applied ASAP.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within 1 - 6 business weeks of receipt. Time frames vary depending on order contents. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, please contact us via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We ship VIA the United States Postal Service.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Twisted Serpent LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

The Twisted Serpent LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with USPS. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We try to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure its recognized as a valid address by the USPS. The order will be canceled and refunded (minus shipping costs.) if we cannot validate the address, or the order is returned to The Twisted Serpent LLC.

The Twisted Serpent LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

Cancellations made within 1 business week after the order has been placed (Monday - Friday) will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made after the item has shipped, will not be honored.

Customers may receive and then return the item for a refund, minus shipping costs.
